Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance-related fields is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
