Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues promptly. Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and systems. Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards at all times. Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance requests as needed. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and in good condition. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance-related fields is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply). Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in various conditions, and stand for extended periods. Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
