Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using schematics, electrical equipment repair techniques, and tools. Conduct plumbing system maintenance and repairs, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures. Maintain HVAC systems by diagnosing issues, repairing units, and replacing filters to ensure optimal climate control. Execute carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, cabinets, drywall patches, and building interior features with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for facilities equipment repairs and general upkeep. Assist with projects involving specialized trades when necessary. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repair logs to ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident requests and communicating clearly about repair timelines. Experience Experience in residential or commercial property maintenance with a background in electrical work, plumbing, HVAC system repair, carpentry, and mechanical knowledge. Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools efficiently along with specialized equipment. Strong communication skills in English to interact professionally with residents and team members. Experience working with painting techniques and performing building interior and exterior updates to enhance property aesthetics.
