MAINTENANCE

TECHNICIAN

Junction City, KS Pay based on experience & skill level looking to add a dependable Maintenance Technician to our team! We manage multiple apartment communities in the area and are open to applicants with a range of experience — from a skilled handyman/general maintenance technician to someone with more advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair knowledge. At a minimum, we're looking for someone who is comfortable with basic maintenance and repairs, including: Patching holes and performing minor drywall repairs Basic handyman work and general property repairs Troubleshooting common maintenance issues Using basic hand and power tools Completing maintenance calls in occupied apartments and working professionally around tenants apartment turns Even better if you have experience with: plumbing Appliance troubleshooting and repair HVAC maintenance and repair Light electrical work Carpentry, doors, locks, trim, etc. willing to consider different skill levels and will base compensation on your knowledge, experience, and capabilities. Someone with strong general handyman skills may be a great fit, while an applicant who can independently handle more advanced maintenance will qualify for a higher pay range.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Dependable and able to work independently Good communication and problem-solving skills Professional and respectful when working in tenants' homes Able to perform the physical duties associated with property maintenance
