About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our technical team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of complex manufacturing systems. You will play a vital role in minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of critical production machinery. Diagnose and resolve complex equipment failures, minimizing operational interruptions through expert troubleshooting. Collaborate cross-functionally with production and quality departments to ensure seamless facility operations. Perform precision repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems to maintain high output standards. Execute assigned technical projects and facility upgrades to improve overall manufacturing efficiency. Maintain rigorous safety standards while operating in a demanding, fast-paced industrial environment. Qualifications Required Skills Proven background in industrial maintenance or a related technical field. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to interpret technical documentation and follow precise safety protocols. Demonstrated success in a high-intensity, collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, or maintaining PLC systems. Certification or advanced experience in industrial welding techniques. Familiarity with enterprise software such as SAP or Microsoft Office for maintenance tracking. Deep understanding of electrical power distribution and control systems.
