Sick Time:

Lawn care including:
mowing, edging, spraying for weeds Plumbing knowledge including water and sewer connections/lines Knowledge of general maintenance protocol Repair and rehab mobile homes Painting Light electrical General park cleanup Operate personal or company vehicle to pick up supplies or to execute company related business offsite. Regularly report to supervisor Will take and address after hours emergency calls and respond accordingly Employee shall devote all of his/her working time, attention, knowledge, and skills to Employer's business interests and shall do so in good faith, with best efforts, and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Employer Employee shall also perform such other duties as are customarily performed by other persons in similar positions, as well as such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Employer. Management reserves the right to revise this position description as necessary. Physical Demands and Working Conditions/Environment Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Must be able to work 5 days per week M-F, and on-call as needed. Capable of working up to 8+ hours a day, with occasional longer days if needing to address emergencies. Capable of climbing, kneeling, crouching, bending, crawling, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50+ or more with assistance Capable of operating machinery, such as mower, weedeater, other lawn care machinery, backhoe and similarly sized machines, other equipment needed to repair and refurbish mobile homes.Additional physical demands include:
being outside/walking across communities in various weather conditions, on foot for an extended period of time, walking up and down stairs, climbing ladder. Employee will be required to use a company app on their personal phone to complete Maintenance tickets, and may receive text messages or calls from the company. A phone stipend will be given in the amount of $25 per bi-weekly paycheck for use of the employee's personal phone.Benefits
