Maintenance techs are responsible in assisting all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
Responsibilities include:
  • Complete apartment service requests and other property maintenance
  • Assist in maintaining property appearance, including picking up trash on an ongoing basis and during winter months assist in snow and salt removal of sidewalks
  • Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move in ready
  • General Maintenance, Appliance, Plumbing, and HVAC repairs and replacements necessary for the apartment
  • Participate in a rotating on-call, emergency and after hour schedule with other maintenance staff
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and comply with local and federal laws (including employment information, OSHA information,etc)
Minimum Required Qualifications:
General Apartment Maintenance experience HVAC certification preferred Excellent customer service and tenant relations Have own transportation and hand tools Pass a background check
