Full Job Description Duties:
  • Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including cleaning, painting, and repairing.
  • Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents by addressing their maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills to supervise a team of technicians.
  • Ability to fabricate or repair various items using hand tools and power tools.
  • Proficient in using CMMS software to track and manage maintenance activities.
  • Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with residents and address their needs.
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
