• Perform site surveys and service diagnostics.
• Oversee excavations on site.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform LED retrofits.
• Operate crane trucks, bucket trucks, forklifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts.
• Safely transport, install, and service illuminated and non-illuminated commercial signage, exterior lighting, and flagpoles
• Complete welding, drilling, fabrication, and occasional concrete work.
• Assist with labor and project estimates and site supervision as necessary.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, company, and customer safety requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, documentation, and customer sign-offs.
• Train new in-field employees. Qualifications Required
• 5+ years of commercial sign installation and service experience
• Experience with illuminated and non-illuminated commercial signage
• Crane, bucket truck, forklift, aerial lift, or scissor lift experience
• Electrical troubleshooting
• LED retrofit experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card Preferred Experience
• Welding/fabrication
