Job Duties/Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality. Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues with equipment, machinery, and building systems. Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment necessary for maintenance tasks. Assist in the installation, assembly, or upgrading of machinery, fixtures, and other building systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize disruptions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks. Collaborate with other team members or departments to address maintenance needs effectively. Qualifications & Requirements Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Familiarity with tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment commonly used in maintenance tasks. Basic understanding of HVAC systems, building controls, and general facility operations. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Physical capability to lift, move, or handle equipment and perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, bending, or climbing. General knowledge of workplace safety practices and procedures.
