Deliver personalized restorative interventions to maintain or improve patient function. Assist with ADLs, mobility, hygiene, and catheter care. Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses using EMR/EHR systems. Administer medications and treatments following safety and privacy protocols. Operate equipment safely for patient transfers and care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients with complex needs. Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance. Provide emotional support and education to patients and families. Follow infection control procedures in various healthcare settings. Qualifications include valid CNA certification, experience in diverse healthcare settings, proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, and knowledge of clinical procedures. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Certifications in BLS or ACLS are preferred.
