We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician who takes pride in solving problems, keeping equipment running safely and efficiently, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation. What You'll Do As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in equipment reliability, production uptime, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities include:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain industrial manufacturing and woodworking equipment, including CNC router, edge banders, panel saws, conveyors, and related machinery. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic control-system issues. Troubleshoot CNC equipment, PLC-controlled systems, motors, sensors, switches, relays, and other electrical components. Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Respond to equipment breakdowns and production-related maintenance needs in a timely and effective manner. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation. Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend long-term corrective solutions. Perform equipment inspections and help identify potential safety or reliability concerns before failures occur. Work closely with production supervisors, operators, engineering, and other team members to improve equipment performance and reliability. Accurately document repairs, inspections, preventative maintenance, parts usage, and equipment history using a computerized maintenance management system. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow company safety procedures, lockout/tagout requirements, and applicable workplace safety standards. Assist with installation, setup, modification, and improvement of manufacturing equipment as needed. What We're Looking For Preferred qualifications: 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining or repairing woodworking cabinetry, or similar manufacturing equipment is a plus. 2+ years of experience working with CNC equipment, PLC-controlled machinery, and industrial electrical systems preferred. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Working knowledge of pneumatic systems, motors, bearings, drives, sensors, switches, and related industrial components. Ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals. Ability to diagnose problems independently and determine effective repair solutions. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, preventative-maintenance mindset. Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance needs in a production environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production and leadership teams. Commitment to workplace safety and equipment reliability. Ability to work overtime or adjusted hours when needed to support urgent equipment or production needs.
