Start working today! Small One level apartment community needs: Temporary Maintenance Technician Immediately We are looking for an individual in the Florence, Kentucky area to do apartment make ready's in vacant units and overall community maintenance. Repair / replace items will include but not limited to replacing plumbing fixtures, drywall & paint, electrical light fixtures and general parts & supply's while making a vacant apartment ready to rent. Prefer past experience in apartment or home renovation interior work and / or apartment maintenance. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
