Description Apartment Maintenance Tech (Northern Kentucky) Legacy Management, a local residential and commercial property management company, is seeking to fill a full time Maintenance Technician position in a Northern Kentucky Apartment Community. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing maintenance throughout the community. The successful candidate must possess the technical skills required to provide quality turns, handle resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance; painting, getting apartments ready for lease, janitorial duties, as well as customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day. Experience or training in related fields of work is helpful including; carpentry, general maintenance, plumbing, HVAC Certification is a plus. Rotating on-call, vehicle and basic tools required. Education requirement:

A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required. Requirements Neat appearance is a must. Strong working knowledge in all areas of maintenance that include but are not limited to HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. Good communication and organization skills, ability to supervise other maintenance personnel, common sense and good judgment. Must have own personal hand tools. Must have drivers license and a clean dependable automobile.
