Maintenance Technician At AU Associates , no two days are the same-and that's exactly how we like it. As a Maintenance Technician , you'll tackle everything from HVAC fixes to appliance repairs, keeping our communities running smoothly and our residents happy.

Part technician Part problem-solver Part superhero (cape optional) What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair HVAC, appliances, and building systems Handle maintenance requests and keep properties in top shape Jump in on projects, upgrades, and emergency repairs Troubleshoot like a pro using schematics and experience Support and sometimes lead small teams on bigger jobs Keep records of your work (because details matter!)
