Job Description
Maintenance / Grounds Technician [Full-Time]
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role encompasses all aspects of property maintenance.Including but not limited to:
handling resident service requests, performing unit turns and inspections, keeping the grounds up-kept through emptying waste bins, and collecting trash, maintaining the pool, and other duties as assigned. Required to be On-Call for Emergencies. SKILLS ➔ Previous Maintenance/Grounds Experience Preferred ➔ Working Knowledge General Appliance Repair ➔ Resident Focused Demeanor ➔ Excellent Communication Abilities ➔ Ability to Multitask, Problem Solve, & Work Under Pressure ➔ Must be able to Lift up to 50lbs / Climb Stairs / Reliably Commute to WorkKEY BENEFITS
