Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various materials in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will be expected to utilize a range of skills including carpentry and stonework to ensure that all installations meet company standards and customer satisfaction. Installer positions require work on remote jobsites. 40 hours full-time work with overtime potential. Must been available for flexible schedule and occasional weekends. By the nature of an on-site role, stop time on any given workday may vary. Duties Safely handle stone countertop materials. Load materials at Company location and unload materials and tools at jobsite. Install countertop materials in commercial and residential settings. Use variety of adhesives and stonework techniques to meet company standards and customer satisfaction. Use problem solving skills to make field adjustments as needed. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry and cabinetry is preferred. Proven experience handling and installing granite, quartz, tile, etc is preferred. Be reliable, respectful and trustworthy. Professional presentation. Communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers and customers. Strong caulking skills to ensure quality finishes. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
