Job Duties:

Perform skilled carpentry, framing, drywall, finishing, cabinetry, flooring, and related remodel tasks Lead small teams on-site and assist in training junior techs Manage job-site workflow, daily tasks, and materials Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and team members Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites Read blueprints, scopes of work, and material lists Troubleshoot issues on-site and suggest solutions Install fixtures, trim, doors, windows, and structural elements Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and properly Document job progress using company software Uphold all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
