We are looking for a dependable, hardworking maintenance professional who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of providing excellent service to residents. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to help maintain a well-kept apartment community. If you have apartment maintenance experience, reliable transportation, your own tools, and a strong work ethic, we would love to speak with you! Position Overview As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will assist with the daily maintenance and upkeep of the property while working alongside the Maintenance Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include completing service requests, maintaining the community grounds, assisting with property repairs, and ensuring the community remains clean, safe, and attractive for residents. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. Essential Responsibilities

Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner

Assist with the overall upkeep and appearance of the property

Perform general maintenance repairs throughout the community

Troubleshoot and repair common plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

Support apartment turns and make-ready activities as needed

Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with daily maintenance operations

Maintain common areas, grounds, and exterior property conditions

Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents

Qualifications

Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

Knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry

Ability to complete service requests efficiently and accurately

Must have reliable transportation

Must provide and maintain personal maintenance tools

Dependable attendance and punctuality are required

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Attire Requirements To maintain a professional appearance on-site, employees must adhere to the following dress code: No jeans

Solid-colored shirt required

Appropriate work footwear such as work boots or durable work shoes
