Job Description

Full benefits from DAY 1 of employment $1.00 an hour shift differential for 3rd Shift $2.00 an hour shift differential for 2nd shift Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems, including but not limited to Allen-Bradley, Toyopuc, and GuardLogix platforms. Apply advanced knowledge of industrial robotics, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and process support. Demonstrate a strong electrical background, including diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical systems. Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and NFPA standards applicable to manufacturing environments. Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated manufacturing equipment. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction. Work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Train and mentor Production and Maintenance Technicians on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices. Adapt to new technologies, equipment, and manufacturing processes as required. Maintain accurate maintenance records and develop repair, inspection, and Kaizen schedules using Microsoft Office applications. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain three-phase motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and related electrical equipment. Apply intermediate-level mathematical skills in support of maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Support administrative responsibilities and maintain workplace organization through 5S principles. Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience as a machinist is preferred. Available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdowns. Work in high places and confined spaces Positive attitude and work ethic
