Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing a safe and efficient environment of all guests and teams. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues requiring attention. Resolve basic repair needs in a timely manner. Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements. Demonstrate strong customer service skills and dedication to serve others. Ability to follow written direction and preform Preventative maintenance plans. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance tasks and inventory management. Execute painting tasks as part of facility upkeep. Weld components as necessary for repairs or fabrication projects. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on the status of repairs. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical knowledge. Some-Weekends and on call availability is required. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Familiarity with CMMS software for managing maintenance tasks. Experience supervising teams is preferred but not mandatory. Skills in residential painting and plumbing are advantageous. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
