: Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Georgetown, KY. This role involves performing preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on various types of manufacturing machinery, including manual, semi-automatic, and automatic equipment. Responsibilities

Understand OSHA Compliance, NEC, and NFPA as required for manufacturing.

Perform maintenance on manufacturing machinery.

Troubleshoot and apply Kaizen principles to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

Teach production and maintenance techniques to other technicians.

Adapt to new technology and processes as required.

Maintain daily administration records and schedules using Microsoft Office.

Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

Work with 3-phase motors and VFD drives.

Apply intermediate math skills.

Participate in administration and 5S practices.

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree with 3 years of experience or a minimum of four years of equivalent experience in a maintenance position.

Working knowledge of industrial safety practices.

Ability to problem-solve and work with a cross-functional team in the manufacturing process.

Available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and during shutdowns.

Ability to work in high places and confined spaces.

Strong leadership and communication skills are a plus.

Experience as a machinist is a plus.

Positive attitude and work ethic.
