Maintenance on-call duties are shared on a rotating basis among the team so no single person carries the weight, ensuring you still get your downtime.

What You'll Be Doing:

Performing semi-truck and trailer DOT preventative maintenance Conducting oil changes, tire changes, and general truck/trailer repairs Handling mobile repair calls when on rotation Diagnosing mechanical issues and executing accurate repairs Maintaining a safe, efficient workspace

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical work required; several years of heavy-duty/semi-tech experience will command a higher starting wage.

License:

Valid driver's license (Class A CDL is a plus, but not required).

Work Ethic:

Dependable, safety-conscious, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably on your feet. Reliable transportation to and from work.
