We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with 4+ years experience to join our team in Horse Cave, KY. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and pneumatic systems, with light electrical work as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, troubleshoot, motors, gearboxes and repair pneumatic systems — identify worn seals, loose fittings, broken parts, or frayed hoses. Read and interpret pneumatic schematics to verify system functionality, including flow rates, air motor speeds, and pressure points. Perform minor electrical troubleshooting fuses, power, continuity, breakers, and cabinets using wiring diagrams, multimeters. Follow proper safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices. Collaborate with senior technicians and production teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:
