Essential Job Functions Complete all work orders in an efficient and timely manner. Prepare vacant apartments for market condition. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete tasks. Must be able to work on and repair building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC & more. Performs day-to-day repairs and effectively executes a preventative maintenance plan. Complete necessary required paperwork. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license.
