- Performs minor repairs associated with plumbing and fixtures.
- Monitors and inspects all buildings and infrastructure.
- Maintains major equipment such as tractors, mowing equipment and trucks.
- Performs minor repairs to college vehicles and maintenance equipment.
- Orders supplies, keeps records of receiving, assists in maintaining equipment inventory.
- Performs basic carpentry skills and renovations.
- Repairs and replaces electrical components in equipment rooms and in general building maintenance.
- Maintains landscape.
- Monitors and maintains life safety equipment.
- Facilitates major events held at the college.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school degree, and one to three years related experience, or equivalent.
