PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Healthcare Facility in Owensboro, KY. We are now hiring for a 2nd Shift Floor Tech who is a team player, versatile, and dependable! Must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug screen. Job Summary 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM | Sunday thru Thursday Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum various types of flooring (tile, hardwood, vinyl, concrete, carpet, etc.). Operate floor-care equipment including buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, and carpet extractors. Apply floor finishes such as wax, sealants, and polish; strip old finish as needed. Perform spot-cleaning, stain removal, and deep-cleaning procedures. Inspect floors for damage, safety hazards, and cleaning needs. Follow proper chemical handling and safety protocols. Maintain equipment through basic troubleshooting, cleaning, and reporting repairs. Work with custodial or maintenance teams to support overall facility cleanliness. Ensure all work areas are left neat, safe, and secured after each shift. Follow established schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

Must have proven Floor Technician experience. Must be very reliable and dependable, as there is a strict attendance policy. Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
