Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Technician, Maintenance and Electrical to join our manufacturing facility team. This is a Direct Hire position. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal plant operations. Your expertise will help sustain high standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability across our production environment. • Follows established paperwork procedures to establish, maintain, track and complete jobs.
• Determine best possible maintenance practices and uses good techniques and judgments in work assignments.
• Observes facilities, machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunction and determine need for adjustment or repair.
• Dismantles or constructs facilities, machine or equipment to examine parts for defect or to remove defective part.
• Replaces defective part with new part or repairs or reproduces part from various kinds of metal stock.
• Assembles and test operates machine to verify correction of malfunction.
• Maintains and lubricates machine tools and equipment.
• Uses welding skills as needed.
• Performs all preventative maintenance.
• Perform and complete electrical work and assignments with or without electrical drawings.
• Running electrical circuits, bending conduit, wiring into breaker boxes and switch gear.
• Running and bending copper to connect rectifiers.
• Conduct preventive/ongoing maintenance and trouble shooting on rectifiers.
• Compliance with all Arc Flash standards.
• Other tasks as assigned. Skills
• Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex machinery.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with industrial electrician experience; familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems is essential.
• Analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and implementing effective solutions efficiently.
