Property Maintenance Technician - Full Time Are you a hands-on problem solver with strong maintenance skills and a commitment to quality work? We're seeking a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and general building systems. Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner. Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and minor renovations. Maintain property grounds and common areas; perform seasonal duties such as snow removal or lawn care. Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs. Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
At least one year of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or related fields preferred. Working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in a variety of indoor/outdoor conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
