Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a blend of plumbing and electrical knowledge, as well as excellent customer service skills to ensure a safe and functional environment for all guests. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties, ensuring all systems are functioning properly. Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing issues. Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC systems, and general facility upkeep. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain property standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure maintenance issues are completed effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Requirements Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Hotel and apartment knowledge. Experience in residential painting is desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities to address maintenance challenges efficiently. From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
