Company is seeking a full-time residential maintenance tech for our apartment community located in Taylor Mill, KY. Must have basic maintenance experience and capable of multi-tasking & work independently. If you have the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, positive attitude and basic maintenance skills and seeking an opportunity and challenge with a great company, look no further! Starting at $22.00 hr depending on experience

Requirements:

Must work quickly and with a sense of urgency while prioritizing tasks. Safety and following safety guidelines are top requirements of this position. The work is diverse and every day is different. We require a positive "can-do" attitude. We also require a customer service based approach as we care for our current residents and cultivate an environment that will attract new residents.-General apartment maintenance -Completing work orders-Completing turn-overs-Entering occupied units to complete resident requests-Basic grounds keeping-On call after hours, lock-outs and emergencies, some electrical, plumbing and carpentry.

A qualified candidate will perform:

Work Orders daily, Prepare vacant units ready for move ins. report to Property Manager. Maintain maintenance shop, Maintain the property grounds

Skills:

HVAC certified

  • preferred, Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills, Experience in electrical and plumbing, maintenance knowledge and ability to perform turnover process. Customer Service a must!
  • Background Check Required
  • This position requires a "whatever-it-takes" attitude.

A candidate must have the desire to do a job right the first time and do it in a timely manner. A "sense of urgency" to complete tasks is required. When on the job, this position must feel comfortable asking for help and letting someone know if you don't understand something or you don't know how to do something. Competitive Salary plus
