Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Property Maintenance Technician to handle day‑to‑day repairs, upkeep, and general maintenance across our properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, skilled, and able to troubleshoot issues quickly and safely. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on residential properties Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain grounds, including mowing, trimming, snow removal, and general exterior upkeep Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized Communicate repair needs, supply shortages, and project updates to management Qualifications Previous property maintenance or handyman experience Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks Reliable transportation Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively How to Apply Submit your application through Indeed or contact us at:
