A locally owned Property Management Company is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual with a winning attitude, good work ethic, excellent communication skills, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to fill the following position: This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meets the standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. What your day might look like:

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner
• Assisting your supervisor with vendor management and other duties
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment
• Diagnose and take appropriate action to repair and/or restore service within the quality and time standards
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance Maintenance Technicians respond to emergency calls for maintenance service received after office hours.

This is done through an on-call rotation usually resulting in being on-call one week per month.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
• HVAC skills and experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively
• Valid EPA/Universal certifications are highly desired What we can offer you:
