Property Management company is looking for an experienced maintenance technician for their property in Bossier City, LA. We are looking for motivated, quick learners with a positive attitude to join our team.

Expectations:

Handling assigned work orders and PMs (inspections, oil changes, meter readings, etc.) Performing a variety of routine maintenance tasks Dealing with incoming work requests Communicating existing and potential issues with your supervisors Cleaning and maintaining the tools you work with Abiding by different safety measures and policies

Requirements:

2 years of maintenance tech experience in the multi-family industry HVAC certification and experience is required. Timely complete work orders and apartment turnovers in a timely manner Great customer service skills
