As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facility and equipment. Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, or specialized equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper equipment functionality
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for larger repairs or installations
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide repair work
• Weld or solder components as necessary
