River Oaks Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Maintenance Tech to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Maintenance Tech will be under general direction of the Director of Plant Operations. The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for installs, repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of mechanical or plumbing equipment throughout the hospital systems.
Qualifications Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Completes all preventive, corrective, work orders as assigned. Assures the proper operation of all hospital equipment. Assists Director in compilation of all documentation for JCAHO and all state, city, and local regulatory agencies. Maintains facilities appearance - interior, exterior, and grounds. Takes care of all repairs and tasks in a timely manner. Participates in all codes related to the facility, planned or emergency. Rotates "On - Call" with other departmen staff. Set up rooms for activities or classes by moving tables, chairs and equipment to support daily activities and special events. Performs other duties as assigned.
