Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems. Your expertise will help keep our equipment running smoothly, enhance safety standards, and support the overall efficiency of our operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and equipment, ensuring proper setup and adherence to safety standards. Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational flow. Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed. Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and documentation of repairs performed. Collaborate with team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and improve overall system reliability. Skills Proven experience in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems repair. Strong knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology with the ability to read schematics effectively. Skilled in kitchen equipment maintenance and appliance installation. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in a commercial or industrial setting. Mechanical knowledge combined with leadership qualities to guide junior technicians when necessary. Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
