Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and upkeep of industrial equipment through routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations, requiring hands-on experience with various mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The Maintenance Technician will play a key role in supporting our maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities to ensure continuous production flow. Duties Perform equipment repair and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize operational performance. Conduct routine preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and systems to prevent unexpected failures. Address corrective maintenance needs promptly to restore equipment function. Maintain and service pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems with precision. Utilize basic welding skills for minor repairs or fabrication tasks as needed. Document maintenance activities accurately and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Assist in inventory management of spare parts and maintenance supplies to ensure availability for scheduled and emergency repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance procedures and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance. Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with equipment repair and maintenance operations (MRO). Basic welding skills with the ability to perform minor fabrication or repair tasks. Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for complex machinery issues. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and problem-solving skills. Pay:
