Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs/wk) needed for two apartment complexes, one located in Mansura, LA and the other located in Marksville, LA. The Maintenance Technician performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred. Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check. Pay & Benefits 40 hrs per weeK (7:00am - 3:30pm daily) Must be available to work weekday hours. No evening or weekend hours available. $18.00-$19.00 per hour, DOE. $70 per paycheck fuel reimbursement + $30 per paycheck cellphone reimbursement provided Position is eligible for health, dental and life insurance benefits, paid time off and paid holidays.
