Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, hands on team member, dynamic and proactive Maintenance to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems to support seamless operations. 1. Preventive Maintenance Regular inspections of equipment (HVAC, elevators, boilers, kitchen appliances) 2.
Corrective / Reactive
Maintenance Fixing issues reported by guests or staff (leaky faucets, broken lights, AC not cooling) Emergency repairs (power outages, plumbing failures) 3. Guest‑Room Maintenance Ensuring all room features work: lighting, TV, Wi‑Fi, locks, AC, plumbing Repairing furniture, fixtures, and fittings Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards 4. HVAC & Mechanical Systems Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning upkeep Boiler and chiller maintenance Ensuring proper temperature control throughout the property 5. Electrical Systems Lighting systems, power distribution, backup generators Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting Regular safety checks to prevent hazards 6. Plumbing Systems Water supply, drainage, hot water systems Fixing leaks, clogs, low water pressure Maintaining pools, spas, and fountains (if applicable) 7. Safety & Compliance Fire safety equipment (extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms) Elevator inspections Ensuring compliance with local building and safety codes 8. Public Area Maintenance Lobbies, hallways, restrooms, restaurants, gyms, pools Maintaining flooring, walls, lighting, and décor Ensuring everything is clean, safe, and visually appealing 9. Exterior & Grounds Maintenance Landscaping, parking lots, walkways Building façade upkeep Pest control 10. Back‑of‑House Maintenance Laundry equipment, staff areas, kitchens Storage rooms, mechanical rooms Waste management systems 11. Asset Management & Recordkeeping Tracking equipment life cycles Budgeting for replacements and upgrades Maintaining logs of inspections and repairs Scheduled servicing to avoid breakdowns Replacing filters, lubricating machinery, testing alarms Join us as a Maintenance Technician to be at the forefront of keeping our operations running smoothly!
