About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Specialist, you will serve as a critical technical resource responsible for maximizing equipment uptime and operational efficiency. You will utilize your expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to ensure our production systems, including high-speed automation and auxiliary infrastructure, perform at peak capacity. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex issues across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems using technical schematics. Execute proactive maintenance and repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime and optimize output. Maintain industrial control systems and ensure all equipment modifications adhere to safety and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement sustainable solutions. Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders to ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory management. Support facility-wide operations by maintaining auxiliary equipment such as chillers, air compressors, and filtration systems. Required Skills 4+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance or similar technical environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using shop tools, precision measuring equipment, and power tools. Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office suite. Proven ability to communicate technical issues effectively across various departments. Must possess a personal set of basic hand tools. Preferred Skills 6+ years of experience in high-speed manufacturing, packaging, or plastics processing. Advanced knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, PLC systems, and industrial communication protocols. Skilled in fabrication techniques, including welding and metal cutting. Experience with 480VAC/24VDC electrical systems and complex instrumentation. Associate's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field. Familiarity with specific high-speed bottling or rotary equipment.
