In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure seamless production operations. Your expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems will drive operational efficiency and safety across our facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Duties Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Troubleshoot electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage circuits, utilizing multimeters such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues involving industrial machinery, including equipment repair and replacement of worn components. Conduct hydraulic and pneumatic system troubleshooting, ensuring optimal operation of presses, lifts, and other machinery. Operate field service tools such as scissor lifts safely for equipment access or repairs at elevated heights. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex issues involving schematics and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and internal clients regarding maintenance status or technical issues. Qualifications Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and analysis skills for troubleshooting complex electrical or mechanical problems. Skilled in welding (stick welding), equipment repair, and the use of precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with CMMS platforms for maintenance scheduling and recordkeeping. Valid certification or experience operating scissor lifts safely; OSHA certification preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving abilities in high-voltage or low-voltage electrical environments. Effective communication skills in English; ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics confidently. Prior experience in industrial electrician roles or industrial mechanic positions is highly desirable.
