Job Description
Property Maintenance Technician Lofton is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician. The position is located in Saint Benedict, LA. This is a full-time temp to perm hire position. Monday-Friday 7:00am-3pm paying $20hr Responsibilities Perform minor repairs including locks, walls, and fixtures Inspect control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues Install appliances and equipment Replace light bulbs and complete routine maintenance tasks Troubleshoot equipment and building systems, including ventilation systems Perform drywall repair, painting, and minor remodeling projects Complete small electrical and plumbing repairs Requirements 2-4 years of maintenance experience in medium to large facilities Must have experience with CMMS-computerized maintenance system Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding #INSJ
