Overview We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Handyman to join our maintenance team, dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and apply a broad range of skills in building maintenance, repair, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle diverse tasks that keep our environment safe, functional, and welcoming. Duties Assisting with any and all repairs, maintenance and upkeep of our property. Conduct repairs using hand tools and electrical equipment repair techniques to address issues with facilities equipment, plumbing systems, or interior fixtures. Assist with carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, cabinetry, or drywall to uphold building interior standards. Support HVAC system repair and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal climate control within the premises. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants and communicating clearly about repair timelines. Skills No skills or experience is required. We will train Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and customer interactions.

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
