The ideal candidate should be well-rounded in residential and multifamily property maintenance. Preferred Qualifications HVAC certification/re-certification strongly preferred Licensed plumber preferred Licensed electrician preferred Previous apartment, multifamily, residential, or property maintenance experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner Maintenance Skills & Responsibilities Complete make-ready/turnover units from start to finish Diagnose and perform basic HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance Plumbing repairs, including toilets, faucets, sinks, drains, water heaters, leaks, and supply lines Electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including outlets, switches, fixtures, breakers, and lighting, when legally permitted Install and repair flooring , including vinyl plank, tile, and other common apartment flooring Interior and exterior painting , drywall repair, patching, caulking, and touch-ups Cabinetry and carpentry , including cabinet installation/repair, doors, trim, shelving, locks, and hardware Appliance installation and basic repairs Window, screen, and door repairs Minor roofing and exterior repairs Preventative maintenance and property inspections Grounds and general property upkeep as needed Respond to maintenance work orders and emergency maintenance situations Maintain accurate documentation of completed work, materials, and outstanding repairs Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment organized and secure Follow OSHA, company safety procedures, and applicable building/property regulations Physical Requirements Must be able to lift approximately 50-75 pounds , climb ladders, bend, kneel, work in confined areas, and perform physical maintenance duties indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per weekBenefits:
