Responsibilities Perform minor electrical work including repair and maintenance of mobile home electrical panels and or Heavy equipment. Utilize hand tools and power tools for plumbing repairs, carpentry projects, painting, and general facilities maintenance. Maintain home interiors by performing painting, drywall repairs, carpentry tasks, and other handyman duties. Operate commercial zero-turns mowers, weed eater and blowers to maintain all common areas, vacant lots and community borders. Keep Property free of debris and maintain curb appeal. Preform routine preventive maintenance and small repairs on park-owned equipment (oil changes, blade sharpening etc) Diagnose and repair minor plumbing issues including lot shut off valves, busted lines clogged drain- assist in monitoring community water and sewer access points. Complete minor skirting/siding repairs, vacant lot clean outs and maintaining community signage updates. Maintain polite, professional demeanor with residents. Understanding the importance of maintaining the drainage areas Ability to lift 50lbs or more and comfortable using ladders or crawling under homes. Handle On call shifts or weekend call outs.
