We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Property Maintenance Technician to maintain and care for properties in the Sunset and Grand Coteau area. The ideal candidate is hands-on, takes pride in their work, and can work independently. Responsibilities Perform general property maintenance and repairs Maintain interior and exterior areas, including grounds Respond to maintenance needs and complete work promptly Operate and safely use maintenance equipment and machinery, including but not limited to lawn mowers, tractors, and other property maintenance equipment Keep work areas clean and safe Communicate maintenance issues and completed work Requirements Previous maintenance or similar experience preferred Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and carrying If you are reliable, take pride in your work, and have strong general maintenance skills, we'd like to hear from you.
