Duct Installer Location:

West Monroe, LA Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per Hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule:

8- to 12-Hour Workdays Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install sheet metal ductwork, flex duct, duct board, and duct pipe. Read and use a tape measure accurately to ensure precise installations. Prepare materials and equipment for job site installations. Assist with the fabrication and assembly of HVAC duct systems. Secure and connect duct components according to project specifications. Safely operate hand and power tools. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area on job sites. Follow all company safety policies and job site regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Comfortable working in hot, dusty, and outdoor environments. Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and maneuver in confined spaces. Ability to lift, carry, and handle construction materials as needed. Willingness to travel locally to various job sites. Dependable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety. Experience with HVAC installation, ductwork, construction, sheet metal, or mechanical work is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
