MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

West Monroe, LA Pay:

$22+/Hour (Based on Experience) Are you a skilled maintenance professional who thrives on solving problems and keeping equipment running at peak performance? What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime Inspect, test, and operate machinery to identify mechanical issues before they become major problems Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Follow safety procedures and maintenance protocols at all times Support continuous improvement efforts to increase equipment efficiency Work independently and collaboratively to keep operations running smoothly What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Industrial Maintenance Technician Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Strong math, troubleshooting, and analytical skills Basic computer proficiency Dependable, safety-minded, and self-motivated Why Join This Team?
