Position Summary Ozzy Properties, Inc. is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in servicing a mix of commercial and residential properties in Andover, North Andover, Lawrence and Methuen. This position will be primarily based at a 96-unit residential apartment community in Andover. This hands-on role will be responsible for apartment turnovers, routine maintenance requests, preventive maintenance, cross-property coverage and emergency response services while delivering exceptional tenant satisfaction. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour Full-time, on-site position Paid vacation, sick time, personal days, and holidays 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance Life and disability insurance Employer-matched 401(k) plan Equal Opportunity Employer Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts On-call rotation every fifth week for after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergencies Key Responsibilities Efficiently complete apartment turnovers to company standards Respond promptly to maintenance service requests Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance Inspect the grounds and buildings for issues every morning and clear debris around site and dumpsters Track and manage work orders to ensure timely completion Provide cross-coverage support for other company properties as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and professional community environment Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents Collaborate with the Director of Facilities and maintenance team Follow company safety procedures and property standards Qualifications Previous multifamily property maintenance experience required Experience with painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC-R, and electrical systems (licensure not required) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Experience with Yardi software is a plus; training available Basic computer proficiency High school diploma or vocational/technical certification required Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current automobile insurance required Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Must pass a background check

Pay:

$27.00 - $29.00 per hour
