This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on corrugating and converting machinery to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly. Adhere to all required safety procedures and promote safe work habits. Set up, calibrate, and adjust equipment to maintain quality standards and maximize machine performance. Enter maintenance activities accurately in the company's maintenance management software. Help organize daily maintenance priorities and coordinate tasks with other team members based on expertise and workload. Verify that completed repairs meet operational requirements and document any follow-up needs. Support optimal machine output by ensuring equipment is operating at proper speeds and capacity. Complete maintenance logs and other documentation neatly and correctly in accordance with company guidelines. Be available for overtime or schedule changes when production requires it. Contribute to facility cleanliness and organization through routine housekeeping duties. Follow all company rules, standard operating procedures, and safety expectations. Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors or management. Qualifications Prior maintenance experience within the corrugated or similar manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Regular standing, walking, bending, and material handling throughout the shift. Ability to work in an industrial setting with varying temperatures and consistent noise exposure. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
Preferred:
Background in corrugated packaging machinery or related equipment.
